Tic Tac Titan

Choose Classic or the Titan mode: a 3×3 grid of 3×3 mini boards.

In Titan, each move is a free choice of any undecided mini board. When a mini board is won (or drawn), it becomes a cell on the large board. But every time a mini board is won, the remaining, undecided mini boards are shuffled.
